[SECTION 01] Packaging Grade & Seal Verification
Unless explicitly noted otherwise on a written quotation, instruments sold by SealPoint
Scientific are genuine manufacturer units in unopened factory-sealed OEM cartons acquired
from industrial surplus, excess facility stock, or authorized liquidation channels.
SealPoint Scientific is an independent reseller and is not an authorized distributor or
agent of the manufacturers listed. Manufacturer warranties may not transfer on secondary
surplus stock; therefore, SealPoint Scientific backs every shipment directly under our
14-Day Return and DOA Guarantee below.
[SECTION 02] Shipping, Insurance & Lead Times
We ship exclusively to commercial, academic, and residential street addresses within the
United States via UPS or FedEx with signature confirmation and full declared-value transit
insurance. Items marked In Warehouse ship within 1 to 2 business days of
cleared payment. Items marked Sourced to Order are routed through our US
inspection warehouse for outer-carton check and timestamped serial/seal photography prior to
final dispatch, typically shipping within 4 to 8 business days as stated on your quote.
[SECTION 03] 14-Day Return, Refund & DOA Policy
Buyers have 14 calendar days from carrier delivery to inspect received instruments:
- Seal Discrepancy or Functional Defect (DOA): If an instrument arrives
with a broken OEM seal not disclosed prior to shipment, transit damage, or fails initial
power-on self-test / specification check, notify us within 14 days at nadia@sealpointscientific.com for a
prepaid return shipping label and a 100% refund to your original payment method.
- Unopened Elective Returns: Unopened instruments with the original OEM
factory seal completely intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers
insured return shipping; full product price is refunded within 3 business days of
warehouse re-verification. Once an intact OEM factory seal is opened by the buyer, returns
are accepted only for verified functional defects (DOA).
- Order Cancellation: Any order may be cancelled for a 100% refund at any
time prior to carrier dispatch by emailing nadia@sealpointscientific.com.
[SECTION 04] Payments, Invoicing & Privacy
Payments are processed securely in USD via Stripe (credit/debit cards and US ACH bank
transfers) or by domestic wire/ACH against formal invoice. SealPoint Scientific never stores
raw payment card numbers on its servers. Contact and inquiry data submitted on this site is
used strictly to prepare quotes, fulfill orders, and provide customer support, and is never
sold to third parties.
